1. Yes, we offer NEXT DAY AND 2ND DAY SHIPPING at an additional cost. 2. The cost will vary based on weight and the destination zip code.

• How long do I have to ship any items back if I am not satisfied with the product?
We have a 15 day return exchange policy where you can ship any item back to us.

• Is there a restocking fee for any items shipped back to you?
Yes, there is a 20% restocking fee on all items coming back to us if they are being sent back for a refund.

• Will I be charged a restocking fee If I am shipping an item back for an exchange?
No, there is no restocking fee for exchanges. However you will be charged the original shipping cost.

• What do I do if the items I have received are damaged?
1. You will need to contact our customer service department within 5 calendar days after you have received the damaged item.
2. You will then be instructed to take detailed pictures of the inside and the outside of the damaged package.
3. After we have received the pictures a replacement item will be promptly shipped out to you.
